We are pleased that
you have invited our family Internet shop. We hope that you will be satisfied at our shop and that you will
choose from our offer a beautiful puppet. All marionettes are hand-crafted in
our family, not made in series, which means that they can differ in particular
details. And you may be sure that just your marionette is the only one at the
world.
Please do notice that the marionettes, not being at the stock, we must prepare for you, this taking up 1 – 2 weeks time. At this case we will let you know the date the marionette was sent to you.
We send the marionettes having received the payment from you, the shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Payment
We accept payments in US Dollar, Euro´s, by credit cards, and it is also possible to pay by PayPal.
Damaged policy
If the marionette is received damaged we will of course take every effort to arrange the repair, and we will repair it free of charge, with the customer paying the shipping cost
- the damaged part we are able to repair and send to you at our cost. The customer may send the photo of the damaged marionette which helps us.
Please contact us via email no later than 7 calendar days from the date you received the marionette.
Special offer
Maybe you would like to have a marionette as your favorite
film or literary character or you would prefer to have a marionette according
to either your own design or the drawing
of your children. We will gladly meet your wishes and please, do not hesitate
